I lead data products and teams, with experience spanning media, telecommunications and commercial AI.
I am responsible for the development of scalable data products and modern platforms for analytics and generative AI. My focus is on applying product thinking to the foundations that teams depend on and connecting their development to business priorities.
I led data and cloud engineers, BI developers, analysts and data scientists, covering the data value chain from storage to insight for leadership. My remit included data governance, strategic initiatives and budget allocation. I also served as the business unit's privacy champion.
I helped productize AI-based B2B solutions, including speech recognition and natural language understanding. The work combined technology evaluation, supplier selection and multi-partner delivery. Working with account executives, I connected the solutions to customer needs.
Customer Insight & Analytics in 2016 and 2017–2018; AI Solution Designer from March 2019 to July 2020. Work included BI migration, a Python proof of concept that became an IT project, and translating business needs into AI solutions.
Thesis subjects: machine learning lifecycle governance and organizational maturity for AI adoption.
In personal projects, I use coding agents to implement and test software. I define the requirements, review the changes and verify the result in the browser. This keeps me close to the engineering decisions behind the products I lead.
